We have completed a film that combines anti-blocking properties with a high level of smoothness, which was a difficult challenge!

A member of the development department, who had been continuing to gather information on new materials, came across a website called "Nippon Shokubai Microparticles" in a search result. Intrigued, Mr. S immediately contacted them to discuss his current issues.

Later, a representative from Nippon Shokubai visited Mr. S and introduced him to Nippon Shokubai 's anti-blocking agent solutions.

In addition, Nippon Shokubai was able to provide a one-stop service by proposing the optimal particle size based on the film specifications and a supply format based on the film production process (resin polymerization process/resin melt-kneading process/coating process).

Mr. S was provided with several samples and immediately made a prototype to begin evaluation. The results were excellent and it matched the company's film production process. After several refinements, an industrial film that combines anti-blocking properties with a high level of smoothness was completed. It was highly praised by customers. Company X is now proceeding with mass production of this industrial film, and sales are currently going smoothly.

Epilogue

Mr. S was assigned to another project that required film transparency and compatibility with film materials, so he consulted with a Nippon Shokubai representative, who introduced him to the organic EPOSTAR™ MX for coating, which has a sharp particle size distribution similar to SEAHOSTAR™ KE series.
We also carried out a sample evaluation and decided to adopt it as the results were also excellent. Development is also progressing smoothly.
