High compatibility with cement provides adhesion, durability, and workability
ACRYSET™ CE-515 / 564
Mortar is a construction material primarily composed of cement as a binding agent, sand as fine aggregate, and water. By adding an emulsion for mortar mixing, it is possible to enhance the bonding strength between cement particles and adjust performance characteristics such as adhesion, durability, strength, and workability according to the intended use.
The ACRYSET CE series is an acrylic emulsion with excellent compatibility with cement, efficiently imparting the necessary functions to mortar. Depending on the required performance for specific applications, it is available in two types: a strength-focused type (CE-515) and an elasticity and followability-focused type (CE-564).

Mixing: Mix for 15 minutes using a disperser, then pour into a mold adjusted to a thickness of 1 to 2 mm.
Health maintenance: Maintain at room temperature for 7 days and then cut into a dumbbell shape.
Measurement: The elongation and strength of a dumbbell-shaped test specimen are measured using a tensile testing machine.
